Scoring roulette December 2, 2010

Let’s play a fun game. Here are the rules:

  1. Leave me a comment about which player you think is going to score a goal in the Columbus game Friday night. That player must have less than five goals on the season, which leaves, well, everyone but Derek Roy, Thomas Vanek, Jordan Leopold, Tim Connolly (really?), Tyler Ennis, and Tyler Myers.
  2. Then tell me which period your player will score in.
  3. If anyone guesses which player scores and in what period they will be the lucky recipient of… I have no idea. But I will award an actual prize. If more than one commenter is correct about the player and the period, after I go out and buy lottery tickets and watch the pigs fly I’ll come home and draw one name at random to win my fabulous prize.

I encourage all to participate. For one thing, the more people who do it, the more fun this potentially boring game could be. For another, if you don’t, I’ll feel like a loser who ran a contest that no one wanted to take part in. So get out there and vote! Er… comment!
